While speaking at the Eurogamer Expo over the weekend, CD Projekt Red’s Jan Krzysztof Bielecki told reporters that the Xbox 360 version of arguably one of the best PC games in the past few years, The Witcher 2 will most likely be shipping with two discs.
Krzysztof stated, “It’s going to be more than one. And it cannot be three, so, yeah, it’s going to be two discs.” He also explained that the swapping of disc will be handled in a simple manner: each chapter is set in a self-contained area to which players cannot return once it has been completed. This way it allows players to finish an area before swapping a disc, which simply eliminates numerous swapping.
The Witcher 2</em is set to be released next year during the first quarter.
