Titanfall 2 will not go back on its promise, all DLC maps and modes will remain free

Titanfall 2 releases tomorrow, and if you've been worrying about whether or not Respawn Entertainment is going to go back on its word, about not having a Season Pass, don't be. That will continue to be the case. Respawn did specify that it wouldn't happen back in June, but it's worth noting that the have not changed their stance.

Early reviews for Titanfall 2 have been incredibly favorable with 8's and 9's nearly across the board. With scores like that, Respawn should have no problem moving copies and likely won't even need the profits from the Season Pass. If you plan on picking up Titanfall 2 on Day 1, know that there is a Day 1 patch (duh), but it's relatively minuscule, so you won't have to wait long to get into the game.
