Trials Fusion now allows cross platform track sharing

RedLynx has announced that for the first time all Trials Fusion players will be able to share all of their custom tracks with anyone on any platform.

All Xbox One, PS4, PC and Xbox 360 players will be able to use all of their tracks and share their name if the game is connected to a Uplay account. According to a post on the official forums, the developer stated, "We’re going cross platform with Track Central, immediately for all new tracks and in the long run, retroactively for every custom track created since launch."

This will initially be for all current and future created tracks, but those tracks that are already created will be retro fitted for cross platform sharing, but it will just take a little longer. According to RedLynx, "Retroactive tracks will begin uploading in small batches to keep from overloading the server. It will start with the oldest tracks first and continue until it reaches the first track shared cross-platform. Be patient, retroactively sharing every custom since launch is going to take some time."

Of course there may be performance differences depending on which platform it was both created and shared on, but we will have to see how it pans out. I wish more games would allow this feature as the level of competition would be increased 1,000 times. What about you guys? Let us know.
