After previously revealing plans that the free-to-play FPS Warface would be making its way to North America, Trion Worlds and Crytek officially announced today that they will be bringing the popular game to our side of the globe. In addition to North America, the FPS will also make its way to Europe, Turkey, Australia, and New Zealand.
Warface runs on CryEngine 3, which helps give it that sexy graphical look. Additionally, the game will be released through Crytek's social platform, GFACE, and Trion's own online platform, Project Red Door.
In Russia, Warface has already won a couple of awards including Best Game and Best Graphics at the Russian KRI awards. Additionally, the game has over two million registered users in Russia.
No word on when Warface will land in North America, but Trion and Crytek are sure to reveal info soon. If you're looking for a high-quality free-to-play FPS, watch out for this one.
