Tyrion Lannister actor plays major role in Bungie’s Destiny

The actor who plays Tyrion Lannister on HBO's hit Game of Thrones is voicing a major character in Bungie's next-gen game, Destiny.

Actor Peter Dinklage is playing the Ghost, your interactive companion and wingman of sorts who accompanies you everywhere you go. It's a good thing, then, that he'll have a great (and not annoying) voice. This could do for Destiny what Wheatley did for Portal 2.

Ghost explores ruins of lost civilizations with you and can resurrect technology from the golden age as you discover it, according to Bungie's community manager "DeeJ."

Dinklage portrays one of the most beloved characters on Game of Thrones: the dwarf Tyrion of House Lannister. He's a level head in a crazy family.

Bungie's Destiny is a first-person shooter where single-player and multiplayer experiences can intersect on the fly. It's got a bit of a Halo meets Star Wars vibe.
