Last Friday, Ubisoft teased fans on the Prince of Persia Facebook page by saying: "Get ready for some news about Prince of Persia, starting next week."
Good news, right? The last Prince of Persia game was The Forgotten Sands, released in 2010. The world might be ready for a new Prince of Persia game, especially if it's for Xbox One and PlayStation 4 consoles. And then Kotaku's Jason Schreier dropped this bomb:
Don't get too excited about that Prince of Persia Facebook tease: Ubisoft tells us it's a mobile game.

So there it is: reason to believe the project is a new Prince of Persia mobile game. Of course, it could just be more information on Prince of Persia: The Shadow and the Flame for smartphones and tablets.
Ubisoft could share the news about Prince of Persia at any time now, so keep checking their Facebook page or check back on GameZone for updates.
