Uncharted 4: A Thief's End still doesn't have a release date following the game's delay to spring 2016, but Sony Computer Entertainment has at least narrowed the window.
Speaking at Sony's annual Investor Relations Day conference, PlayStation president Andrew House revealed that the newest installment in Naughty Dog's action-adventure series will be released before the end of the company's 2015 fiscal year, which comes to a close on March 31, 2016.
The highly anticipated PlayStation 4 exclusive was originally due out in 2015, before being pushed back to 2016 in order for Naughty Dog to deliver "the high standards that gamers have come to expect" from a game by the acclaimed developer.
Earlier this year, a listing for Uncharted 4 by retailer GameStop Italy suggested it will release on April 22 which, of course, falls outside of Sony's 2015 fiscal year, but is in line with Naughty Dog's spring launch window. However, if we ignore GameStop Italy and instead take Naughty Dog's window and House's statement into account, it would mean that Uncharted 4 will release some time during in final two weeks of March.
With E3 right around the corner, information regarding Uncharted 4 should be plenty. Let's hope it includes a confirmed release date.
