Warner Bros. attended the Comic-Con Experience 2017 in Sao Paulo, Brazil and revealed a number of their planned upcoming DC films and surprisingly, Suicide Squad 2 and Justice League Dark are still on that list.
Wonder Woman II was made official earlier this year and Warner Bros. confirmed it to be in the line up of upcoming movies. In addition to Wonder Woman 2, the following fils were represented during Comic-Con Experience 2017 in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
Some of the upcoming DC movies were noticeably absent from the event: Cyborg, Deathstroke, Gotham City Sirens, Harley Quinn, Joker & Harley Quinn, and NightwingJoker. Harley Quinn actress Margot Robbie has confirmed that there are multiple films in the works starring Harley Quinn, but DC only verified one of them at the event.
It's possible that it is too early to comment on the upcoming films or that Warner Bros. has not yet decided to commit to these films.
Aquaman is the next DC film set to release, starring Jason Momoa as Aquaman, Willem Dafoe as Nuidis Vulko, Amber Heard as Mera, and more. Aquaman hits theaters on December 21, 2018.
