Rise & Shine is a game about games made specifically for hardcore gamers. You play as an 11-year-old boy, Rise who inhabits the world of Gamearth. When his planet falls under attack and a powerful but mouthy gun known as Shine falls into his hands, Rise has to…rise up and shoot as many things in the face as he can all while trying not to die. But even if he does, he's got infinite respawns so he's stuck in a perpetual loop of dying and resurrecting, and boy will this game tell you about it.
Rise & Shine was developed by Super Awesome Hyper Dimensional Mega Team and published by the ever-growing Adult Swim Games. The game retails for $14.99 and is available on Xbox One and Steam. The game is currently running a 20% launch discount on Steam that will last through the next seven days, so you have some time to take advantage of that.
