[Watch] Captain Cold stars in the latest Injustice 2 gameplay trailer

As Injustice 2's release draws ever closer, developer NetherRealm Studios and publisher Warner Bros. Interactive have released yet another character trailer, this time focusing on the long-running Flash villain, Captain Cold. His moves revolve almost entirely around his trademark freeze gun, which can create barriers and stop enemies in their tracks.

Here's the trailer:

Figuring out how to flip between Captain Cold's gun and his fists most efficiently is the key to succeeding with the character, as he offers a nice balance of distance and up-close combat. Captain Cold was initially revealed in a trailer last week, confirming hints and leaks that the character was going to be in Injustice 2.

Other characters such as Cheetah, Black Adam, Green Arrow, and Green Lantern have gotten their own reveals as well recently. Injustice 2 releases on PS4 and Xbox One next month on May 16th, 2017.
