[Watch] Dissidia Final Fantasy NT gets a release date in early 2018, details on its Ultimate Collector’s Edition, and a Tutorial trailer

Square Enix has officially announced the western release date for their upcoming Final Fantasy fighter, Dissidia Final Fantasy NT. The game will arrive in the US and Europe on January 30th, 2018 and features over 20 playable heroes and villains from throughout the series' history. Square Enix also revealed details on the Steelbook version as well as the "Ultimate Collector’s Edition." 

The Limited Edition Steelbook version of Dissidia Final Fantasy NT will be sold at select retailers and comes with exclusive artwork of the game’s heroes and villains. There are three different variations of the Steelbook version, and pre-ordering the game from one of the retailers will get you one selected at random. Here's a picture of what they look like.

For the hardcore Final Fantasy fan, Square Enix has an exclusive store offer of an "Ultimate Collector's Edition" which brings a host of extras at a hefty sum of $189.99. Here's a screenshot of what that looks like.

Dissidia Final Fantasy NT will be a PS4 exclusive when it launches next year on January 30th, 2018.
