Watch Dogs sells-through 4 million copies in just one week

Ubisoft's Watch Dogs is smashing Ubisoft records. Not long after breaking first-day sales records, Ubisoft has announced that Watch Dogs has sold-through more than four million copies since launch, making it the company's best-selling game ever in week one.

“With such strong sales momentum and positive feedback from gamers, Watch Dogs has positioned itself as the must-have game of the moment” said Tony Key, Ubisoft's senior vice president of sales and marketing. “We’re really proud of this achievement, and are confident that the Watch Dogs brand has a promising future.”

Should Watch Dogs continue at this pace, it should have no problem selling over six million copies which is what Ubisoft was originally hoping for. Is it too early to talk sequels?
