Ubisoft showed what season 3 of For Honor will bring to players in a new trailer. Named “Grudge & Glory,” it will offer two new heroes, two new maps, tournaments, and a ranking system.
Straight from the Roman Empire, the Gladiator makes its appearance in this season, a knight class that will perform brutal damage to its opponents. The second new hero will be the Highlander, a Viking class that is very well balanced on defense and offense.
As for the new maps, the first one is The Sentinel which is a ruined castle with a big tower. The second one is a Viking village which will resemble the hardships of climate from that area.
Tournaments will give players a competitive reason to keep battling. With the ranking system, now it’s possible to track other players in leaderboards around the world.
Season 3 will also bring legendary weapons and players will be able to customize the looks of their weapons that will also alter their statistics. So it won’t be just a fancy change. They have also made some tweaks to the UI interface and some visual enhancements. Last but least, they made some modifications to individual elements from arenas like traps.
Season 3 will be available immediately to those who purchased a season pass. One week after it’s released, it will be available to everyone else.
