[Watch] Here’s 12 minutes of Battlefield 1’s visceral single player action

Battlefield 1 is just a few weeks out and we just got our first real look at the game's campaign earlier this week in a brief trailer. Today, we are getting a real in-depth look at the game through a 12 minute walkthrough of the mission "Storm of Steel" which shows a soldier charging through the bleak battlefield on foot and by tank.

Based off this video, it looks as if Battlefield 1 may look to show the horrors of World War 1 also known as The Great War. Everytime you die in battle a name flashes on the screen which is the name of a person who served in the "war to end all wars". You can watch the intense gameplay below.

Battlefield 1 will be available starting October 13th through an EA Access trial exclusively on Xbox One and the full game will release on October 18th for players who buy the Early Enlister Edition, meanwhile everyone else who purchases a standard copy will get to play on October 21st. The game is set to feature multiple playable characters, showing different locations and people's roles during the war.
