Watch lengthy Sorceress and Druid gameplay for Diablo IV

All classes shown... for now

After we previously shared a long gameplay feature for the Barbarian character class for Blizzard’s newly-announced Diablo IV, today we have two new videos of the same vein showcasing the remaining two classes. The footage comes again courtesy of Game Informer who has exclusive media coverage. First up, the Sorceress!

The Sorceress shapes the elements into whatever form is necessary to ensure victory, from hurling bolts of lightning, impaling her foes upon jagged spikes of ice, and raining flaming meteors down from the sky.

Last but not least, with the Druid we now have a great overview of the unveiled three character classes of Diablo IV. More classes will be introduced in the future, so look forward to Blizzard sharing more details. It should be noted though that Diablo IV is still very far away which Blizzard openly stated during the game’s unveiling. It wouldn’t come as a surprise for the game to be a cross-platform title in 2022.

The Druid is a savage shapeshifter, fluidly transforming between the forms of a towering bear or a vicious werewolf to fight alongside the creatures of the wild. He also commands the power of earth, wind, and storm, unleashing nature’s wrath to devastating effect.

In the meantime, make sure to read up about Diablo IV’s story, game design and changes in our original reveal post here. There are many changes to the formula of Diablo III. Today, we further get confirmation that D4 will feature cosmetic items that can be purchased with real money. It should come as hardly a surprise knowing the series’ past. In terms of cross-play, the game’s executive producer also shared that it’s their goal to enable the feature across all platforms.
