[Watch] Pokemon Generations wraps up with Episode 18: The Redemption

Long time fans of Pokemon have come to adore the bite-sized YouTube series, Pokemon Generations, but now sadly, it has all come to a close. The Redemption is the 18th and final episode of the series and focuses on the story of the ancient king who built an ultimate weapon to revive his fallen Floette, but in the process killed many more Pokemon to do so. The story revolves around themes that the kid-friendly anime strays away from, namely loss and war.

Even though it has come to an end, you can still check out all of the Episodes on YouTube for free, and given the release of Sun and Moon; you'd have to think more are coming at some point.

2016 has been quite possibly the greatest year of all-time for Pokemon fans, between the monthly giveaways of legendary Pokemon beginning with Mew and ending with Meloetta and the re-release of Red, Blue, and Yellow on the 3DS eShop. Not to mention the reveal and release of an all-new generation of games with Pokemon Sun and Moon.
