I think many of you would agree, "Shindig in the Crucible," is probably one of the worst quests in Destiny. Part of Jolly Holliday's questline to obtain The Chaperone, "Shindig in the Crucible," is the first step — and boy is it a pain.
For those unfamiliar, this particular step involves you defeating Guardians in the Crucible with The Last Word hand cannon equipped. You must reach 100% with normal kills with The Last Word granting 1% (headshots 2%, and killstreaks adding a bonus percentage). Here's the thing, though, deaths subtract 2% from you, and that's the part that makes this so annoying. You literally can not have a 1 K/D ratio; you have to go positive. For someone not accustomed to hand cannons, or just not a fan of PvP in general, this can be incredibly difficult and frustrating.
I'm currently in the process of completing this portion of the quest, and it's maddening. I can only hope that when I finally do complete it, it comes in similar fashion to YouTuber Joacim Jacobsson.
How sweet that must feel… Can you think of a more perfect way to end this quest?
