So Grand Theft Auto 5 releases this Tuesday, September 17. But if you pre-ordered the game for PlayStation 3, you'll be able to preload it early and be able to play the minute the clock strikes midnight on Tuesday.
The question big question is just when you'll be able to start preloading it. After all, downloading a 17GB game is sure to take some time.
Rockstar has confirmed that those who have pre-ordered Grand Theft Auto 5 on PSN will be able to preload the game on Monday, September 16th at 3:00am EST in the United States. Those in Europe can begin preloading on Sunday, September 15th at 3:00pm BST.
GTA 5 fans in Europe were supposed to be able to preload the game today, but Rockstar confirmed the delay earlier today. The original delay would've seen those in Europe unable to preload the game until Monday, September 16th. So while we're still getting a delay, at least it's not AS long. Glass half-full right?
