Resident Evil 6 will be the newest title to the horror genre franchise, and details have been swirling over the game throughout this past week. Now, on Xbox Live Marketplace, Resident Evil 6 has a few details not released by Capcom.
According to the listing, Resident Evil 6 will have a normal 2 player local co-op, but the online multiplayer may get you excited. It will offer a six player online co-op and will feature up to eight players in online multiplayer. Of course, this does sound pretty awesome, but one has to wonder how valid this information is.
It isn't confirmed by anyone yet. So, unfortunately, it is still a rumor at this point. But if this listing is anywhere near true, Resident Evil fans have something to look forward to. [Joystiq]
