Pre-orders for the Xbox One: Day One Edition are now live again on Best Buy's website, about a week after the retail giant had posted the "Sold Out Online" notice. Gamers can now pre-order the launch day version of the system for $499.99. Alternatively, the PS4 is also available for pre-order on the website.
Retailers across the nation have been struggling to keep up with demand for the soon-to-be-released consoles from Microsoft and Sony. Both the Xbox One and PS4 have been selling out and, depending on the retailer, may not be available on launch day. GameStop, for instance, is sold out of Xbox One and PS4 launch systems online. You may still be able to pre-order them in-store however.
The Xbox One: Day One Edition remains sold out at Amazon also, although the standard version (which isn't guaranteed to get to you on release date) is still available; standard PS4 bundles are also available. Launch editions of both systems are still available at both Wal-Mart and Target.
Have you pre-ordered your Xbox One or PS4 yet? Given the recent surge of sales and retailers running low on stock, I'd suggest you do so sooner rather than later.
