Microsoft has leaked their own E3 announcement through their own Xbox Support website. According to a now-removed image, the platformholder plans to announce a new Xbox One controller which will be released post-E3.
The new controller will feature a audio port at the bottom of the controller, which will be compatible with 3.5-mm audio devices and will only be available "after June 2015." The image suggests that the new controller will appear nearly identical to the original, but it might contain new features other than an audio jack.
Microsoft has offered little information on other new aspects of the controller, saying "We're gearing up for an exciting E3 where we'll showcase more games and experiences. We have nothing further to share at this time." The company will be holding their E3 2015 conference on Monday, June 15 at 9:30 AM PT. If there are any other new features headed to the controller or Xbox One, that's when we will hear about it!
