The Xbox One X released last week and has seen fairly positive sales numbers, but despite the positive sales, there was one problem with the Xbox One X – the Blu-Ray. A number of Xbox One X owners were met with a rough Blu-Ray playback experience.
Microsoft's Corporate Vice President of Xbox and Windows, Mike Ybarra, has addressed the issues on Twitter, saying that a fix was coming soon.
Xbox One X users – Blu-Ray specific fixes coming very soon to correct raised black levels w/HDR movies, etc. Few days away. #Xbox

Ybarra went on to apologize for the consoles having shipped with the Blu-Ray in that sate.
