Back before Star Wars Battlefront was officially released, there was a beta and during this beta gamers decided to dig through the game's files. This data mining resulted in a bunch of game reveals that had been previously unmentioned. For example, the mining discovered Princess Leia, Han Solo, and Emperor Palpatine would be joining the game as heroes – who were officially revealed soon after.
The data mining also revealed dialogue for Yoda, but we haven't seen much of him since the game released. It looks like Yoda might be making his way into Battlefront and this time it didn't take any data mining or leaks to reveal it.
Yoda's name has appeared on IMDb tied to voice actor Tom kan, who also voices Admiral Ackbar in the game. It should be noted that IMDb is pretty open to users making an account and altering pages (like Wikipedia), but that doesn't make it entirely false. The appearance of Yoda's name in association with the game supports the dialogue that had been uncovered months before.
