Yooka-Laylee is receiving a day one update to improve its camera and other performance updates. For those living under a rock, Yooka-Laylee is a new 3D platformer from Playtonic games, inspired by the Banjo-Kazooie games. It released today, and like most games today, it launches with a small update to improve the initial performance of the game.
According to Eurogamer, Playtonic said the patch fixes a bunch of issues, including a number of game-breaking bugs. This patch is available on Xbox One now and will be ready for PlayStation 4 and PC by launch on April 11.
We've found a leaked early review of the game here, which described the game with high praise, so this update can only improve that initial feedback.
