Yesterday, Konami announced the release of two fan favorite PS2 Games as a single HD collection: Zone of the Enders and its sequel Zone of the Enders 2: The 2nd Runner in the fall of 2012. For those that don't remember the games featured epic mech combat featuring a story of interplanetary war and the drama between the pilots of the different factions.
“We are looking forward to bringing the legendary Zone of the Enders series to old and new fans in a high definition form,” said Martin Schneider, General Manager for Konami Digital Entertainment. “We are excited to offer these games on new platforms which will allow gamers to experience the drama and action of the Zone of the Enders like they have never seen it before.”
Zone of the Enders HD collection will be released on PS3 and Xbox 360 in the fall of 2012, so keep it tuned to GameZone for more coverage as we get closer to Fall.
