Battle for 2015’s most-anticipated video game – Finals

Like every year, there are a ton of great, exciting games coming out in 2015. Whether you play on Wii U, Xbox One, PlayStation 4 or PC, there's so many great titles that it might be hard deciding which is the most-anticipated game.

That leads us to this tournament which has a contest tied to it: The Battle for 2015. We have chosen 32 of the most exciting video game releases expected in 2015, randomized their position in the bracket, and will you have (the gamers) voting on each match-up to see who gets through to the next round and goes on to be the Most-Anticipated Game of 2015. There are five rounds in total, with round five being the Finals match. Each round will have two days of voting.

Contest

We are running a contest alongside the Battle for 2015. All you have to do is the following:

  1. Log in to Twitter.
  2. Pick the game you think will win the entire Battle for 2015 tournament.
  3. Tweet the following: Enter the #Battlefor2015 most-anticipated video game here. http://gzdev.wpengine.com/originals/jrib *Game Name*
  4. Make sure the Tweet includes the game name and the hashtag.

At the end of the tournament, we will choose a winner from the list of participants that have the winning game. The winner will receive a copy of the winnig game when it releases.

The contest is limited to United States residents, and the prize game will be the regular version on your choice of system: PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Wii U or PC (if available for them).

The voting schedule is:

  • Round 1: Dec. 15 – 18
  • Round 2: Dec. 18 – 21
  • Round 3: Dec. 21 – 24
  • Semifinals: Dec. 24 – 27
  • Finals: Dec. 29 – 31
  • Winner announced: Jan. 1 2015

Voting closes on the last day of each match-up at 8:00am. (18, 21, 24, 27, 31) Voting for the next match-up begins at noon.
