The Final Fantasy franchise has been known for creating unique characters, story’s, and summons. Well, this time they stepped over the line of creativity and into the world of nonsense. Brynhildr, Sazh’s summon, gestalt mode is ridiculous. I mean look, it’s a car for God’s sake.
Square Enix recently updated the Final Fantasy XIII website showing off these pre-renders. There, you can see the other Eidolons for each playable character in the game. Not all of them look this silly, but I have to Sazh’s is by far the worst.
Fang’s summon Bahamut, is one of the less goofy one’s. It looks like it’s just a mechanical dragon that will tear a hole in your enemies using its 10-inch claws.
The Gestalt modes are kind of a turn-off, but I have faith in Square Enix, they will make it work. Tell us what you think.
