Star Tropics and The King of Fighters ’94 were released this week for the Virtual Console.

Star Tropics is an RPG that plays much like the original Legend of Zelda. One major difference between the games is that Star Tropics has a linear storyline where the player must complete levels which end after beating a boss.
When the game was released in 1990, there was a puzzle that could not be solved without the instruction booklet. To solve this problem, the VC release will include the letter in digital form that was originally in the booklet.
NEOGEO THE KING OF FIGHTERS ’94 (2 players) 900 Points
This 2D fighter features three on three fights with characters from Fatal Fury, Art of Fighting, Ikari Warriors and Psycho Soldier series. Players select three fighter teams which cannot be changed until later versions of the game.
While fighting an opponent, the player must defeat all three combatants one after another with their health remaining the same in each match. If players lose a battle they will be able to use their next combatant until the run out.
