The now retiring ,“Father of the PlayStationâ€, Ken Kutaragi has told EE Times in an interview that he has already envisioned the PlayStation 4, 5, and 6. Kutaragi was with Sony from the birth of the PlayStation and introduced all three home consoles as well as the companies’ first handheld system with the PSP. According to the interview, Kutaragi has already given Sony ideas for cost reduction methods and design models for the next two years. "As a matter of course, I have the vision of PlayStation 4, 5 and 6, which will merge into the network," Kutaragi has told the site. Ken Kutaragi also stated that he will stay on good terms with Sony but sees himself having very little to do with the company in the future.
