Microsoft Takes Back Ban Threats on Early Halo 3 Players

Microsoft is taking back its initial threat of banning gamers who purchased Halo 3 before the street date. Earlier today, a Microsoft rep stated that the ban will only apply to Microsoft employees.

“We can confirm that Microsoft is not taking any action against gamers who are playing Halo 3 before the official street date. Any rumours or speculation to the contrary are false,” stated Microsoft.

So if you got lucky and have Halo 3 in your hands go ahead and play without fear. Halo 3 is set for release on September 25 where we will Finish the Fight.
