Need Humanity: Dark Souls playthrough Episode 30 – Duke’s Archive P1, Symbol of Avarice, & Prison

The Need Humanity playthrough series looks to introduce newer players to Dark Souls, help them with general mechanics, find items, and help with bosses. I trudge through Lordran, derp around bonfires, and kills some baddies in the process.

In the thirtieth of this series, Rei and I thirst for knowledge. Thus we start our adventure in the Duke’s Archive. Crystal Hollows, boars, and Channelers great us with open arms and pointy things. While trying to get the Symbol of Avarice, a Mimic consumes us even though we know that will exactly happen, Dark Souls. The Duke himself even pays a visit, murders our face off, and throws us in prison – jerk. The escape is on.
