According to Matt Casamassina, editor-in-chief of IGN Revolution, Nintendo’s upcoming virtual console service on Revolution will not see any Rare-owned properties, including the likes of Banjo Kazooie, Perfect Dark, Jet Force Gemini and Conker’s Bad Fur Day.
A number of sources confirmed this intriguing bit of information for Casamassina at this year’s GDC, which took place last week.
That noted, Nintendo-owned Rare properties, such as Donkey Kong 64 and Diddy Kong Racing, have chances of being released on Nintendo’s virtual console service.
