Seattles Times Confirms Nintendo Employees Move

Microsoft may consider buying 550,000 square feet of Nintendo property says the Seattle Times.

The Seattle Times has confirmed that the sales, advertising and marketing divisions of Nintendo will be moving to either San Francisco or New York.

This is an alternative to Nintendo’s earlier plan of expanding the current Redmond offices by 550,000 square feet. Nintendo had a proposal for the construction ready for the city council but never received final approval from the Japanese head quarters.

It has been reported that Nintendo will sell the 550,000 square feet of land and one real estate broker suggests that Microsoft may consider buying it.
