Today, Sony offers Japanese PS3 users a special treat before the year ends presenting them with the latest Tekken, in all of it’s 1080p glory.
Tekken 5 Dark Resurrection was originally announced a couple of months back as an exclusive release through the PlayStation Store. The plump 830mb download is now available for Japanese PS3 owners with a PlayStation Store account. The download costs a hefty 2,000 yen (about $17 US), making it the most expensive PlayStation Store download yet.
Tekken 5 Dark Resurrection is the latest version of Tekken 5, first featured in arcades, now running in 1080p and with a new character and some new modes of play. Tekken 5 Dark Resurrection can be played in arcade battle, ghost battle and versus modes of play. A gallery mode is also included, which lets you use Tekken Money to purchase classic Tekken movies and more.
