While most retailers will be discounting PS4 exclusives, the cheapest I found was at Best Buy, where each of the following exclusives can be purchased for $19.99.

Knack, another PS4 exclusive, is $21.99 at GameStop.
You should be able to find multiplatform games, like Madden, FIFA, Destiny, etc. to be around the same price regardless of what retailer you go to. They each have pretty good deals.
