[#143] Torreno’s Last Light
Right after exiting the gate in the Vile Peaks 200AF, you’ll see a red glowing body on the ground by the cliff edge. Use Mog’s Moogle Hunt ability to reveal the soldier Torreno, who will tease you with the Blitz Squadron Mission Report fragment mission, which requires you to “find all six survivors.” Accept this mission and Torreno will give you his fragment: Torreno’s Last Light, and 500CP.
