VIDEO SUMMARY
Concept artist Carlos Huante took to his Instagram to show us some art of two Star Wars titles that never saw the light of day. The results are… interesting. They certainly showcase a much different Star Wars. The first game looks similar to a game like Dead Space, where you and 3 other stormtroopers (possibly co-op?) would’ve encountered dangerous alien beasts. It also appears that maybe there was some sort of mutation in the game that would change the appearance of characters similar to the infection in The Last of Us. The game wasn’t given a title, but it almost reminds me of the 2004 game Star Wars: Republic Commandos, maybe it was a sequel to the squad-based FPS?
